According to an article by The Blast, Maceo is currently under the joint custody of the former celebrity couple. The child support payments officially began on March 15, 2023. In addition to the monthly support, starting from April 1, 2023, Berry is obligated to provide 4.3% of any income exceeding $2,000,000 as supplementary support. Moreover, Berry is responsible for any expenses related to Maceo's private education.
