I wanted to break that myth and show everyone that nothing is impossible under the sun."
Throughout her career, Pebetsi's music has been deeply rooted in her personal experiences and faith. "The themes and messages behind my albums, like 'Kabelo yaka,' 'Reya lwana,' and 'Through it all,' were inspired by the situations I personally went through during my life journeys," she explained.
When discussing her creative process, Pebetsi emphasized, "My approach to composing music comes from my situations, dreams I've had, and reading the Bible. The lyrics just come to me. My Christian upbringing has influenced my songwriting positively because my songs comfort and win souls."
Pebetsi's latest EP, "Omphagamishitse," showcases her continued growth as an artist. "I wanted to be different from 'Through it all' album and record a live studio recording. My theme was to sing in my vernacular, expressing myself with my language by thanking God for the upgrades he has shown me, by lifting me high," she revealed.
