Bona is filling for divorce and wants full custody of her three children with her husband, Simba Mutsahuni Chikore.
According to the Herald, Bona is requesting US$2 700 per kid every month, for a total of US$8 100 (about R150 000) until the children reach adulthood or become self-sufficient.
Throughout the years, media allegations surfaced suggesting frequent infidelity by Chikore, and it was also rumored that President Mugabe had interfered and cautioned his son-in-law at times.
