City Power work will have an impact on Johannesburg Water's Brixton and Northcliff systems.
City Power's Hursthill Substation is scheduled for repair, which will impact Johannesburg Water's Brixton and Northcliff systems.
The scheduled maintenance is set for Wednesday, May 17, 2023, from 9:00 to 17:00. This will have an effect on the Brixton tower and reservoir, as well as the Northcliff tower.
According to City Power, the power outage is required for the utility to execute important network repair work.
Albertskroon, Albertville, Albertville ext 1 and 2, Auckland Park, Brixton, Coronationville, Hursthill, Greymont, Newclare, Newlands, Northcliff ext 15, 21, and 25, Rossmore, Triomf (Sophiatown), Westbury, Westbury ext 2 and 3, and Westdene will be impacted.
