HMR News Updates is proud to feature Clifford Dickson Idemive, professionally known as JargoKush, in our "Spotlight" feature. JargoKush is a Nigerian musician and founder of KUSHEMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT, a collection of talented producers, songwriters, videographers, and musicians.
JargoKush's music career began with TSN (TeamScoobyNero), where he released his first single, "Dem Boiz," featuring ScoobyNero. He followed up with his second single, "Say I Do," featuring South African rap queen Gigi Lamayne. Both tracks were produced by TRK. JargoKush eventually decided to go solo and start his own record label, KUSHEMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT.
In 2020, JargoKush released his first album, "SWAMYB" (Smoke weed and mind your business), which has garnered thousands of streams on digital platforms. He is currently working on his second project. JargoKush's sound can be described as Afro Fusion, influenced by Fela and Femi Kuti.
JargoKush's latest release, "SPEEDOMETER," is another hit produced by Dr Bean, with the video directed by Payseen. The video showcases JargoKush's morning workout routine and an obsessed fan who drugs and ties him up to have him all to herself. It's a perfect example of how much fans love JargoKush's music and style.
